Festive Break Opening Hours

Please find our opening hours during the festive season below, normal service will run until the 24th December and resume on the 3rd January.
Throughout this entire period, projects and meetings will be suspended and only support requests will be dealt with.
The support desk will also be closed for several days during this time however customers with an active out of hours contract are permitted to raise priority 1 tickets at any time.
For a ticket to be considered priority 1 it must have a business-critical impact and affect multiple users.
